Analysis: Doubling up carotid, coronary stenting doesn't up risk

A data analysis headed by Italian researchers found patients with both carotid and coronary artery disease could benefit from combined percutaneous stenting treatment. Data from 239 patients enrolled in the Finalized Research in Endovascular Strategies registry were used in the analysis.
