Better school lunches is goal of Great Trays project in Minn.

The Minnesota Health Department partnered with public and private organizations to develop the Great Trays program, designed to train schools in promoting more fruits, vegetables and local-food choices to help address the state's obesity epidemic. A $2.3 million health grant was presented by the CDC to back the project.
