Moynihan says BofA will wait to meet extra SIFI capital rules

Brian Moynihan, chief executive of Bank of America, said he is in no rush to meet proposed additional capital requirements for the largest systemically important financial institutions. "There is no need to get that done early, would be my point of view," Moynihan said. "I would raise the capital as slowly as humanly possible because it is capital that is not needed to run the business."
