NBCT: Evaluations are the problem, not teacher seniority

National Board Certified Teacher Renee Moore writes in this blog post that attacks on teacher seniority are misguided. The real problem, she writes, is that current methods for evaluating teachers are inadequate. Moore writes that evaluation systems should be modeled after National Board Certification standards, which measure teacher effectiveness based on classroom performance -- not test scores.
