Amnesty: Refugees find quest for safety to be elusive

Refugees and asylum-seekers are seeking safety and security but instead are being met with abuses, says a report from Amnesty International. "The rights of those fleeing conflict are unprotected. Too many governments are abusing human rights in the name of immigration control -- going well beyond legitimate border control measures," says Amnesty Secretary-General Salil Shetty.
