Calif. school adopts organic menu, communal-style dining

Beginning in August, a French-American public charter school in Santa Rosa, Calif., will begin offering organic meals and communal-style dining. Additional funds needed to support the change will come from a $6 million school nutrition fund, but eventually the program will be self-sustaining due to higher meal prices.
