CBO revises down its bailout estimate to $21B

The Congressional Budget Office has revised down its estimate of the cost of the government's Troubled Asset Relief Program. It now projects it to be $21 billion, which is $3 billion less than its estimate in October. At one time it was thought the bailout would cost taxpayers $700 billion.
