Ind. district seeks to expand reach of summer meal program

Officials in an Indiana school district hope to improve their summer meal program after confusion last year led some to believe they had to live within Crawfordsville to participate. Instead, officials say, they are working to spread the word that free and reduced-price meals are available to anyone in Montgomery County. The goal is to provide meals for students who otherwise might go hungry when school is out.
