Obama unveils vision for drones, counter-terrorism

In a speech Thursday, President Barack Obama laid out his plans for fighting terrorism, saying that the use of drones is legal and justified, and announcing that going forward, drones will be used only in situations of a "continuing and imminent threat." Obama said efforts will be focused on dismantling particular terrorist networks, and he said that the Guantánamo Bay military prison will be closed.
