Small firms fear they'll pay for corporations' tax cuts

Some of the biggest companies in the U.S. are pressing Congress to cut their tax rate, but millions of small businesses worry that they will end up paying for those cuts. "We are in favor of comprehensive tax reform that includes both corporate and personal tax, but we are not happy with anything that raises the rate for us," said Chris Whitcomb, the National Federation of Independent Business' tax counsel.
