U.S. Chamber requests that high court take on case over NLRB appointments

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is representing a company that is challenging President Barack Obama's recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board and has requested that the Supreme Court hear the case. The U.S. Chamber has not previously represented a member company in a Supreme Court case, said Rachel Brand, chief counsel for regulatory litigation.
