Tighter stance on private information angers San Francisco board members

San Francisco school officials have implemented a new policy making it more difficult for board members to access incident reports about assaults and other wrongdoing. Some board members are accusing the superintendent, whose staff now locks up the reports in the central office instead of mailing them to the board members' homes, of stonewalling.
