Minority women face small-business hurdles

Minority women start businesses at six times the rate of the general population, according to data from the Center for Women's Business Research. At the same time, minority entrepreneurs aren't enjoying the same rate of return on their investment and time as white women, and a new study launched by the CWBR is aiming to find out why.
