Sacramento arts high school to close

Visual and Performing Arts Charter School in Sacramento, Calif., will close for good in June after ongoing conflicts with district leaders. A handful of the school's 350 students will attend the founders' new private school in fall, but many can't afford the $7,000 tuition.
