Levee breach floods Louisiana wildlife refuge

When the waters rose this weekend in Louisiana's Ouachita River, the flooding breached a levee scheduled for destruction. The waters overwhelmed the Mollicy levee and flooded part of a national wildlife refuge in north Louisiana. Plans to take down the levee, which used to protect farmland, were delayed due to danger from the high waters.
