Flooding forces Smith Travel Research to move meeting from Opryland Resort:

Among organizations forced to relocate meetings from the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tenn., because of flood damage to the resort is hotel data-tracking service Smith Travel Research. The company, which is based in Hendersonville, Tenn., moved its second annual Hotel Data Conference, to be held Aug. 4 and 5 and expected to attract 350 attendees, to the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, also in Nashville.
