Roger Phelps, promotional communications manager for STIHL in Virginia Beach, Va., doesn't like to use his e-mail when flying after already working 17-hour days a day on the ground. As more airlines and trains offer in-flight Wi-Fi, some people will take advantage of the offer, while others, such as Phelps, will use the time to unwind.
