Deadly tornadoes and thunderstorms strike Oklahoma and Kansas

Powerful tornadoes and thunderstorms have devastated Oklahoma and Kansas, leaving at least seven people dead and at least 60 injured. Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin has issued a state of emergency for 14 counties, and the declaration could soon cover other areas. The storm follows on the heels of the deadly U.S. tornado that recently struck Joplin, Mo.
