"Healthy" foods may be misleading, dietitian notes

Frozen yogurt, veggie chips and turkey burgers may seem healthy but can serve up high amounts of fat, registered dietitian Keri Glassman writes. Diet soda and artificial sweeteners also seem to help dieters stay on track, but actually lead to overeating, while snacks such as pretzels offer refined carbohydrates, little nutrition and lots of salt.
