New technology lets candy makers go natural

Candy makers now have new technology to make their confections the same color as fruits and vegetables. Wild and Extrufood have collaborated to develop natural colors for the extruded candy market without manufacturers having to upgrade equipment. The natural-colored candy is popular with consumers and its value is growing in Western Europe.
