Poll: 25% of adults would pick a great body over winning the lottery

A survey of 1,000 adults sponsored by Nutrisystem found that about one-fourth would rather have a great body than win $1 million in the lottery, while about half said they wanted to be at their ideal weight rather than be five years younger. New York City registered dietitian Bonnie Taub-Dix says it's all about eating and that people want a great body "without realizing that the power is in their hands -- the hands that lift their forks."
