Sears is expected to drop Y&R Chicago for McGarryBowen

Seeking a fresh image and a new tagline, Sears is expected to tap Dentsu's McGarryBowen as its new creative agency, leaving behind WPP's Y&R in Chicago, which had held the account since 1993. The loss of Sears is the latest in a North American string for WPP, which also has witnessed the recent departure of Dr Pepper, Snapple, MetLife, Office Depot and Hilton.
