VA wellness walk also will benefit homeless veterans

The Battle Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Michigan wants to support employee wellness and homeless veterans through its VA2K Walk and Roll event on June 2. The VA has begun a "Five Year Plan" to reduce homelessness among veterans and the walk is part of its Wellness is Now, or WIN, program that teaches employees about healthy lifestyles.
