New Jersey developer closes $600M deal for Minnesota Vikings

The National Football League's 32 owners unanimously approved the sale of the Minnesota Vikings to a New Jersey-based real estate developer for $600 million. Although the focus of the new owner, Garden Commercial Properties COO Zygmunt Wilf, will be on building a new stadium, he promises the team will not be moved.
