Business leaders say they need help with climate-change plans

Governments need to develop long-term plans to financially support firms as they work to lower carbon emissions, said business leaders at a recent climate-change meeting in Copenhagen. Leaders said they're willing to work to cut emissions, but they're worried it will hurt their bottom lines if they do not have government aid. "This is not about capability, it's about cost," said BP CEO Tony Hayward.
