Duke Energy CEO says he is "betting on nuclear"

Duke Energy CEO James Rogers says the company is moving away from building coal plants because of the uncertainty of the future of carbon-capture technology. Rogers says Duke is building two coal plants that may be its last and "betting on nuclear" power. Rogers estimates that it could be up to 15 years before carbon-capture technology is commercially viable.
