Euro's increasing strength limits ECB's moves

The euro has rebounded from a low of $1.25 against the US dollar in March to about $1.40. The euro's strength is more about concerns related to the dollar than optimism about the euro-zone economy, but it also threatens to make it more difficult for the European Central Bank to avoid deflationary slump.
