Illinois may use $150M to fund Amtrak service

Up to $150 million in state capital funds may be available to bring Amtrak service to northwest Illinois, state officials say. The passenger rail service funding is included in the current capital bill, which has been approved by lawmakers but still needs the governor's signature.
