A little TLC planned for Boston's John Hancock tower

Normandy Real Estate and Five Mile Capital Partners, the new owners of Boston's John Hancock Tower, are vowing to give the tired building a face lift. The developers may build an underground parking garage and renovate the cafeteria and lobby, as well as upgrade the building's airflow and energy efficiency. The 60-story skyscraper built in 1975 now stands 15% vacant.
