Port upgrades keep LPG tank farm in Vancouver, Wash.

The Port of Vancouver in Washington state will make substantial upgrades to enable Keyera Energy to relocate its propane-storage facilities to near the port's rail loop. Keyera will build storage facilities for 240,000 gallons of liquefied petroleum gas, and it intends to receive deliveries by rail and distribute fuel by truck.
