Spectral Molecular Imaging looks to develop 3 devices

Spectral Molecular Imaging, a company recently bought by Cascade Technologies, is planning to develop three device products that are aimed toward end-user markets. MelaSpect is being designed for the early diagnosis of skin cancer, while EndoSpect is intended for use in tissue imaging during gastrointestinal and pulmonary endoscopy. OxySpect will be used to monitor tissue oxygenation during and after surgical procedures.
