Wisconsin governor backs Obama plan for small businesses

Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle joined President Barack Obama in Washington, D.C., to urge Congress to pass measures that would provide help for small businesses. Doyle said the package of tax credits, changes and loans will help businesses get access to capital they need for growth.
