Chef puts adventure on the cookout menu

Instead of grilled burgers or hot dogs, New York chef Anita Lo suggests making a cookout an adventure. She often takes her guests clamming or fishing during the day, then grills the food they've caught together. That makes guests feel closer to the food, she says, and gives them a story to share with friends.
