EFSF will issue bonds to finance Portugal's rescue:

The European Financial Stability Facility is preparing to launch two bond issues to raise as much as €10 billion to fund Portugal's rescue, said Klaus Regling, the facility's CEO. The EFSF issued €5 billion in bonds earlier this year to finance Ireland's rescue. More than 500 investors bid for that issue, the EFSF said.
