N.Y. court clears way for $2B Brooklyn sugar plant redevelopment

The New York State Supreme Court has dismissed the last lawsuit blocking a $2 billion redevelopment of the former Domino Sugar plant in Brooklyn. The ruling clears the way for the project to begin construction. The mixed-use development will contain 2,200 residential units and four acres of waterfront public space.
