Ethical challenges lead nurses to consider new professions

A University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing survey finds 25% of nurses and social workers said they wanted to leave the profession because of ethical challenges they face on the job. Some 41% said they would not chose the field again, while two-thirds of respondents said they were faced with ethical issues over which they had no control.
