Successful leaders make neural connections all the time: seeing something, connecting it to something else and acting on the results. For those who are paralyzed, things are aren't as easy. But, a new "robotic approach to establishing an interface between computers and the brain by positioning electrodes in neural tissue" may allow paralyzed people to operate computers and robots with their minds.
