NBCT: Performance allows students to use both sides of brain

A Florida National Board Certified Teacher, Ann Tobin, organized an end-of-year demonstration for parents of her prekindergarten students, who include special-education and age-typical students. Students showed parents examples of their work and also put on a show, which Tobin said benefits them by allowing them to use both sides of their brains and by incorporating gross and small motor skills.
