News Corp. wants to expand Google deal beyond MySpace

News Corp., when it renegotiates its current ad pact with Google, would like to expand the scope beyond search ads on MySpace to include a broader sampling of its media holdings, Jonathan Miller, News Corp.'s chief digital officer, said at the All Things Digital conference in Carlsbad, Calif. The current agreement ends in 18 months.
