SaaS not always cheaper than in-house

It may seem that buying Software-as-a-Service would be less expensive than deploying an in-house application, but that's not always the case, experts say. While SaaS doesn't come with pricey up-front implementation costs, the terms of the service contract can sometimes cost more in the long run.
