Stimulus money could fund Minnesota-Seattle rail line

Funding from the economic stimulus package could revive a passenger rail route that once ran from St. Paul, Minn., to Seattle. The route would also connect cities in Montana, where officials are currently assessing infrastructure and ridership projections. The federal stimulus package includes $1.3 billion to improve and expand Amtrak services.
