Study: 43% of 401(k) plan holders didn't roll over accounts

A survey by Charles Schwab found that 43% of people did not roll over their 401(k) when they switched jobs. The survey tracked people who left their jobs in the first quarter of 2008 and still had not moved their 401(k) accounts a year later. Failing to move the accounts, according to advisors, wastes time and money.
