Supreme Court nominee set to face Senate committee

Sonia Sotomayor, President Barack Obama's nominee to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice David Souter, is likely to face stiff questioning before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Four major lines of attack are expected -- against perceived deficits in her intelligence, her judicial activism, her dismissive attitude toward conflicting opinions and her sometimes abrupt demeanor.
