Study shows food industry progress on fats

A study from the Harvard School of Public Health refutes earlier concerns that food manufacturers would simply switch to saturated fat when reformulating foods to eliminate trans fat. The lead researcher said restaurants and food manufacturers who invest in reformulating their products "are trying to do the right thing" by replacing the trans fat with healthier fats.
