Tesco CEO aims to turn around West Coast's Fresh & Easy

The U.K.'s Tesco entered the U.S. grocery market in 2007 with several Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market stores on the West Coast. However, Americans haven't taken to the chain. Philip Clarke, Tesco CEO since March, is striving to turn around Fresh & Easy, vowing to stop losses by 2013.
