Minn. city council will weigh manufacturer's expansion plan

Bloomington, Minn., officials have received a plan from Toro to expand its headquarters. The company aims to build a 75,000-square-foot addition to the north side and has asked the city to rezone 15 acres. The plan could be heard by the City Council on July 1, says Larry Lee, director of community development.
