Minn. city signs deal with Frontier for use of fiber network

The city of Eagan, Minn., has reached an agreement with Frontier Communications that enables the telecom to use the city-owned AccessEagan wholesale fiber network. The city has more than 16 miles of fiber-optic lines, which Frontier will employ in addition to its 300-plus miles of fiber in Dakota County.
