U.K. zookeeper mauled by Sumatran tiger

A Sumatran tiger escaped its enclosure, entered a staff area and attacked zookeeper Sarah McClay, dragging her into its outdoor enclosure at the South Lakes Wild Animal Park, a U.K. zoo, on Friday. McClay later died of injuries to her head and neck. Officials are investigating but believe that human error or equipment problems may have contributed to the accident.
