Florida overhauls workers' comp laws

Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is expected to sign off on a bill that would reduce insurance costs for workers' compensation by limiting attorney fees and some benefits. The bill is expected to lower insurance premiums for businesses by an average of 12%, though critics say some of the benefit cutbacks are too drastic.
