Food pyramid advisory panel looks at exercise, too

The panel may advise the USDA to include exercise in formulating a revised food pyramid, shifting the program's focus to controlling weight. Along with an emphasis on fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains and lower-fat dairy products, the panel also will suggest consuming two servings of fish per week and will recommend lowering daily sodium intake to no more than 2,300 milligrams per day.
